IncSpot (www.incspot.com)

1. We’ve added a quick access menu that will provide the user with direct access to the most used IncSpot applications. It’s located in the upper right hand corner of the Welcome page above the blue navigation bar. Users can click on the ‘I Need To...’ dropdown and select any of the actions listed for immediate access to that application.

2. We’ve added a link to ‘Statutory Updates’ information that currently resides in CSC Flash™ on the IncSpot home page so that users don’t have to log out of IncSpot to access it. As you may know, this feature provides information regarding important changes made to state laws affecting various entity types. It’s located under our Forms & Databases section under Links & Resources and the link is called Statutory Updates.

3. We’ve added specific instructional text to each page within our Online Ordering application (Place New Orders) so our users can more easily navigate through it. This is our first step in improving the overall usage and functionality of the application.

4. The My Preferences feature has been enhanced to prompt a user to select a new CSC Customer Service Representative if their current representative is no longer available. If users click on ‘Place New Orders’ and their preferred CSR is no longer available, they’ll be prompted (required) to select a new CSR. The Ordering Preferences function within My Preferences will appear, and the user will need to select a new CSR or accept the default of No Preference before proceeding to place an order.

5. The Marketing Message Subscribe Option function within Company Records has been enhanced. If users select ‘Yes’ that they want to change any options and then hit ‘Next’, we’ve added the ability to select ‘Set All to Yes’ or ‘Set All to No’ to that page.

6. Within the Update Wizard in Company Records, we’ve provided an additional Yes/No question that says
‘IncSpot Access Restricted to Administrator?’ If Yes is selected, then only the IncSpot Administrator can provide an IncSpot login to new Contacts. If No is selected, then any CSC employee and/or the IncSpot Administrator can provide a login to new Contacts. This question ONLY appears for CSC Employees and is customer specific. So, if a customer requests that only their IncSpot Administrator provide IncSpot logins, just go to their account in Company Records, click on Update Wizard and select Yes to the question!

7. CSC’s Order Status Alert e-mail, which provides notification of a status change for any CSC orders, has been enhanced. If any CSC orders have been completed (i.e., Documents Filed, Search Completed, etc.), the Order Status Alert email will provide a link directly to IncSpot Order Results for that order. This enhancement will also include auto-login, so the user can bypass the IncSpot login process after the initial login. This functionality allows the user to go directly from the Order Status Alert into IncSpot to see order results with just once click of the mouse! Note: This specific enhancement will be implemented at the end of January. Additional notification will be made at that time.

UCCXpress (www.UCCXpress.com)

1. A field for Record Owner Name and Address has been added to the FileWatch Quick Order page. This will enable the user to enter this information directly from FileWatch.

2. Collateral text will now save and print with hard returns entered by users. In the past, users were not be able to include hard returns in their collateral descriptions, and therefore, the format of the collateral was often inconsistent. By allowing users to include hard returns, they will be able to have accurate formatting of their collateral descriptions.

3. UCCXpress will now translate the 10-digit date entered in the application to the 8-digit date required by Delaware for UCC electronic filing. Delaware UCC electronic filing will not accept a 10-digit date, so making this translation to 8 digits is necessary to avoid a submission problem.

4. The Show Data section of the Manage Projects page will have its “open/close” option become sticky. For example, when a user adjusts this section of their interface to be expanded, it will remain expanded the next time they login. This provides the user with their preferred view.

5. The default option when adding a new name on the Forms Express names page will become “Both” rather than “Transaction only”. This will add the new name to both the File Cabinet and the specific transaction they are working on.

6. The debtor name will be printed in box 8 for Guam and Puerto Rico forms.
