RecordsCenter

Based on customer feedback and CSC's own experience with scanning and importing corporate minute books into RecordsCenter, two subfolders have been created to hold state forms and other miscellaneous documentation. IncSpot® (www.incspot.com)

CSC has added enhancements to several IncSpot applications that will make your experience more productive:

We've added a Quick Access menu on the IncSpot home-page prior to login that will provide you with direct access to important product and services information that CSC offers. Just click on the Search IncSpot Home Page for... drop-down and select any of the actions listed for immediate access!

IncSpot's Online Ordering application (Place New Orders) has modified its Order Summary Page to automatically adjust to the size of the Entity name. This will reduce the amount of scrolling needed to view all the details of the order.

We've added a Preferences feature within the Administration section of RecordsCenter, our suite of Registered Agent services! This will allow our customers to default to Officer/Directors by last name, and can eliminate the Authorized to Sign as column.

CSC has added two new folders in the eMinute Books feature within RecordsCenter. State Forms and Miscellaneous Documents have been added to provide you with better document segregation for online Minute Books.

Our Order Results Applications (Charts by Service and Charts by Entity) have been enhanced in this release too. We've now added the ability for our clients to view, print (PDF), and e-mail their Change of Agent orders!

Our Order Status Alert Emails that provide notification of a status change for your CSC orders has been enhanced.

Now, if any of your CSC orders have been completed (i.e., documents filed or search completed), your Order Status Alert Emails will provide a link directly to the result page in Charts By Service. You'll need to perform a one-time authentication process by entering your IncSpot login prior to viewing the results. The result page will contain up to 3-days worth of completed orders including the one(s) contained in the current alert e mail. This will allow you to view and print a copy of the report(s) with just a few clicks of your mouse!

Order Status Alert Emails. Just ask your customer service representative to add the desired e-mail address(s) to the alert. Now, if others need to see your order status alerts, then they can receive them automatically.


E-Filing (www.incspot.com)

Your Delaware LP or LLC Tax Notices are Now Available to Pay Electronically using CSC's E-filing service.
