The State of Delaware has announced they will NOT be mailing paper copies of your 2006 annual franchise tax reports this year.

Electronic filing is the best way to ensure you stay in compliance. Under Delaware law, an annual report could be rejected if information is missing.

1.  Colorado - We have added the suite number to our registered office address. The Secretary of State has updated its records accordingly.

UCCXpress (www.incspot.com)

Three new updates to UCCXpress:

•  A Real Estate Record Owner Address Information field has been added to the addendum of the UCC Financing Statement. From now on, you will be able to see the name of the record owner of the property as well as the name of the record owner. UCCXpress will give you the flexibility to print this information on the UCC Financing Statement Addendum forms whether there are one or more record owners.
•  We have also clarified the labels you use to select radio button for the current or new debtor names when completing UCC Amendments on when working in Forms Express.
•  In addition, we have also added the ability to choose radio button labels when you are selecting your Secured Party Name. Now while working in UCC Form’s Express, you have the option to choose the Current Secured Party, New Secured Party or Total Assignee of Assignor S/P or Authorizing Secured Party.
