Puerto Rico Update

Important Information on Puerto Rico 2007 Corporate Annual Reports & LLC Annual Fees
April 15, 2008 is the deadline for every domestic and foreign Corporation and LLC in Puerto Rico to file an Annual Report and pay the $100 annual government fee (certified check payable to Secretary of Treasury of Puerto Rico), or request a 90-day extension. Religious non-profit corporations are not required to file a Corporate Annual Report. Click here to learn more.
