Delaware E-filing (www.cscglobal.com)

CSC Implements Delaware Annual Franchise Tax Changes

Due to changes to the Delaware law, Annual Franchise Tax Reports must be filed electronically by March 1st. No paper reports will be accepted by the State of Delaware.

To ensure compliance and avoid late fees and penalties, go to http://www.cscglobal.com/efiling. With the CSC e-filing system filing reports for multiple entities in bulk is quick and easy because we have already pre-populated your e-filing account with the required entity data for all the Delaware corporations CSC manages for you. The CSC e-filing system can also be used to prepare and e-file reports for Delaware corporations that are not currently managed by CSC provided you are a CSCGlobal group user.

Tax and service fee payment options are:
  • E-Check/ACH Debit
  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted)
  • Check – CSC must receive by 2/29/2008
  • Wire transfer – CSC must receive by 2/29/2008

Failure to file by March 1, 2008 will result in a penalty of $100 and interest of 1.5% per month being applied and a loss of good standing.
