Important Information on Guam 2007 Corporate & LLC Annual Reports

The Government of the Territory of Guam requires all domestic and foreign Corporations and Limited Liability Companies to file an annual report between July 1 and September 1 at the Department of Revenue and Taxation Corporations Division and to pay an annual fee of $100.00. The government does not send preprinted or blank forms to the corporation’s registered agent in Guam.
