The new "Impersonation" feature provides you the ability to grant online access to CSC so we may assist you with an issue that requires our attention. This added security feature allows you to manage passwords, time frame and access to your customizable dashboard and data. (All CSC user access will be audited)

So, if you have a question about anything on CSCGlobal and wish to review it with CSC, here’s what you can do:
  1. Login into CSCGlobal (http://www.cscglobal.com/)
  2. Go to My Account and click on Impersonation Set Up from the dropdown
  3. Create a temporary password (Token) from the Generate Token page
  4. Call your CSC Respresentative, provide them your Username and Token (temporary password) and then describe your question.
