New York Laws Governing Business Entities, Fall 2009 Volumes 1 and 2 of the Fall 2009 Edition of New York Laws Governing Business Entities contains the latest legislative changes through Chapter 347 of the 2009 Session. Highlights include new legislation that requires the city of New York’s finance commissioner to consent to non-judicial dissolutions under the Business Corporation Law and the Not-For-Profit Corporation Law for corporations that owe taxes to the city.
